This is one of my first forays into the world of macro photography. The entire Japanese coutryside is abuzz with dragonflies. And they're so docile--I went right up to this one, only about a foot away with my camera. and it never moved.

1st few shots from the new camera. Nopt bad, show me what you can do. like to see your EXIP data from now on. Oh the manual that came with your camera, take it everywhere with you and read whenever you can. it will 1st make no sense to you, but gradually you will start to understand it.

Learn as much as you can about the camera, then you are on the road to start taking them loovely lovely shots. Good effort here, I would have used a sligghtly faster shutter speed.

I'd say the same as Suby, I liked the other shots, dragonfly looks weird with wings pointing forward lol :D

Have been dying to take a dragonfly shot for a while...excellent loving the golden hints on its wing.....7.7.5/10
